What To Expect:


Daily Tutorial

You can expect a 20 minute (entertaining) tutorial from yours truly, every day for 5 days. You should set aside 1 hour daily to listen to the tutorial and put it into practice.

Community

You'll become part of a closed Facebook community along with all the other challenge participants, where you'll find support, motivation and a safe space to ask all your questions.

Accountability

Sorry to say it, but yes, there's a bit of homework. Sometime what you need to do, sometimes what you need to STOP doing. I'll be asking you to submit your homework in the group.

A Day-By-Day Look Ahead:

Day 1:

Becoming "Happy" about Stopping Smoking
Discover how to bring happiness back into your life and how to turn negative thoughts into positive thoughts. Identify how your feelings and emotions keep you trapped in this habit.

Day 2:

Becoming "Healthy" when you Stop Smoking
Discover what happens in your body once you have become a nonsmoker or dipper in regards to your blood pressure, oxygen levels, sense of taste and smell, lung capacity and much more.

Day 3:

Becoming "Wealthy" when you Stop Smoking
Discover what your habit is really costing you financially and begin to plan ways that you will be spending the money that you normally spend for cigarettes, vape pens/pods or dip.

Day 4:

Becoming a Nonsmoker
Discover how you will function in your new life as a nonsmoker when you are in your familiar places that used to trigger your habit.

Day 5:

Masterclass: How Soon Do You Want to Be a Nonsmoker?
This class will tie it all together and help you to move toward your "Emancipation Day" decision. I will provide information that will help you decide if you:
* genuinely want to look out for and support your body
*love smoking enough to potentially sacrifice your life for it
*still believe smoking's hype or do you genuinely see through it and want to quit
*want the tobacco company's profits to not be more important so that you generously hand over your health
*genuinely feel that having something to do with your hands is a fair exchange for your time here on earth

Together we can bit by bit, loosen the chains to the point where walking away from this habit is easy.

Do you keep telling yourself that you've had your last cigarette  but you find yourself going back to it in times of emotional stress?

Are you trying to focus more on your health but at the same time needing a cigarette to take off the pressures of every day life?

Why do you want to quit? Did your doctor tell you to stop? Would your partner or parents stop giving you a hard time if you quit? Do you just think it would be a good idea to quit smoking? Would it be nice to save a little extra money?

These are all good reasons, but they're not the reason that's going to make you successful.

The one mindset that is going to produce the best result is if you can honestly look at those cigarettes and tell them:

"I don't like you, and I don't want you in my life anymore"

 

Despite what you see in movies or on television, hypnosis and the emotion code is not mind-control.

It's a 100% consent state. It's a process of relaxing the mind and body into a natural ability in which the mind is more receptive to positive suggestion, insight, and releasing negative feelings.

Yes, those other reasons mentioned above are important, but you've got to do it for yourself. This is your goal, and the more you own it, the more success and ease you will experience.

 For less than half of what you would spend on your cigarettes  you could become a nonsmoker! And with the money you save, you can wave goodbye to them as you breathe fresh air on the smoke-free vacation of your dreams!

Besides clinical dental hygiene practice over three decades as a Registered Dental Hygienist (R.D.H.), Alyse is a national speaker, author, Certified Holistic Healthcare Practitioner, Cranial Sacral Therapist and Certified Specialist in Orofacial Myology with an emphasis on early sleep, swallow and breathing disorder detection.  She is the founder of HH Wellness and dedicated to finding the root cause of health imbalances. 

Alyse serves on the Screening Committee for the American Dental Association Task Force regarding early airway issue recognition.  Her passion is teaching professionals and parents about warning signs of breathing distress. She provides coaching for incorrect breathing patterns that originate from inhaling nicotine related products and/or an adopted breathing behavior.  Her compliment to this coaching includes re-educating the muscles of the face and tongue, previously used to assist holding the smoking device, to function more normally and then detoxifying the body from the tobacco related chemicals.
